After applying base coat at the end, do you follow up with top coat ?

That’s right!! I always top with gel base and gel top to seal the chrome in!

Can you do this with a top coat that is not gel? I have a dip set (OPI/Beetle) that came with a top coat.

Hi Ashley!!! To use chrome powder with dip liquids- you’d need to get something like Sally Hansen Miracle Gel that’s a polish. I am trying some new methods to figure out how to use chrome with all dip liquids!

Haha it made me laugh too!! My motto has been chrome everything for the past few years so it is funny! But people recognize her “glazed” nails more than if I call them chrome 😂

Or, you could do one coat ONLY of OPI Kyoto Pearl. Top coat. Dry 15 minutes NOT ONE MINUTE LESS! (It’s worth it!) Done!!
