Chile great minds think alike! I'm in the kitchen right now whipping up an ayurvedic mask. Mine has cassia, amla, brahmi, bhringraj, and fenugreek, aloe vera powder, and oil. I made a hair tea with chamomile, peppermint, burdock root, horsetail, and nettle. Your mask looks luscious boo! My favorite essential oils are rosemary, lavender, peppermint, clary sage, and tea tree. My favorite ayurvedic herbs are amla, neem, and brahmi, bhringraj, and ashwagandha.Tfs

Girl how do you use your tea ? I made some for the first time with fenugreek and use it every morning but I saw that some people only use it once a week as a rince and also what’s the frequency of your ayurvedic mask ? I do it with the same exact powders as you ☺️

I’ve been doing cassia glosses for at least two years. I dc with a cassia gloss at least once every two weeks on freshly shampooed hair and scalp. This will increase the strength and health of your hair and help to retain length overtime. Not to mention it helps you to have amazing curl definition and aids in styling that your hair will hold styles better after using it. I usually mix mine with honey, a moisturizing deep conditioner, and sometimes an oil like olive oil. You will not be disappointed!!! Especially great strengthening treatment for those with fine or protein sensitive hair! ❤️

I've been doing more DIY hair growth treatments at home. Right now I've been adding ginger water to my hair routine. It is helping relieve itchiness on my scalp and my hair grew a whole inch this month which is crazy for me. It usually grows 1/2 an inch. I spray ginger water on my hair/ scalp and then use a castor hot oil treatment. I am definitely loving being able to do DIY treatments during the quarantine.
