IN this video I'm making a heavy duty trolley. It will help in moving any materials around my workshop and during moving houses. This trolley is easy to make and will handle most heavy stuff you may have in your workshop or house to move around.
I have picked up the galvanised pipes from an online store www.themetalstore.co.uk

Looks great...only thing I'd do differently is moving the wheels a little further in from the edge so the bolt doesn't fail and pull out the corner

This is exactly what i need to build for my pellet smoker. Got the Austin XL but even it being XL its still really short for me. I'm 6'5" with a bad back so the less bending I have to do, the better. This will be perfect to raise it up jusylt where I need it!

Great. That was exactly what I had in mind. Just wondering whether it would be better for the distribution of weight to put the wheels in about 20%? I'm building many of these for 1000 litre chemical drums. The wheels are rated for 300kg but 1,100kg is kind of close enough (I hope - maybe I build one and see before building 6).
@CasualDIY

Yes it would be better if the wheels were in bit more.

do you think two solid casters on the back and two swivel on the front would make it even better to control?
@CasualDIY

Hmm depends. For me it was better to have them all move. Getting in and out with a heavy load from tight places made the best choice

The casters are very easy to manoeuvre, I used this cart to move all my stuff from the garage to the lory that was parked about 50m away. No issues at all in steering, it was a great helper.
