Very elegant. I love how you also made a planter out of the lid. Nothing's wasted!

I love this, but before I attempt it, I woud love to know how long the mat stayed on, seems kind of heavy and looks like it may not hold long ??
@vanessaeden81744 жыл бұрын
Very effective use of a dustbin. I agree with the comments it needs a larger plant at the top. You could also get rid of the dustbin lid and plant a nice Acer or rose in the bin.
@Depechez8 ай бұрын
I'm gonna try this with table/placemats...I've had this bin upside down as a planttable but came here specifically to make it look nicer...you gave me lots of ideas

Definitely!! I see this becoming an awesome water feature!!
@brie19876 ай бұрын
Cool. Thanks. If you don’t care for the top grooves and want another lip, you could fill it in an smooth it with another material and make it a little thicker than the trash can for a more polished look. Lots of possibilities.
@lisamcdonald28774 жыл бұрын
I actually like this one. If I happen across that type of trashcan and rug, I might even make one.

What kind od Adhesive did you use to keep the mat on? Those mats are pretty heavy,

The lid could become a hanging basket and the bin is big enuff for dwarf conifer or large shrub...
