DIY High waisted wide leg pants

Hi everyone,
Welcome or welcome back to my channel. My name is Jess and I love doing DIY, making clothes in a "simply but pretty" way.
In today's video, I'm going to share with you how I made my High waisted wide leg pants from scratch. This is the perfect pants that could help you look taller. It's very easy to mix with a crop top and suitable for all occassions.
To make DIY, please check out my basic information below:
- Sewing machine: Merrit Joyful Sewing
- Material: 2.5m of khaki silk fabric
- My body measurements: 82-64-92cm. I'm 65cm and usually wear Small size
I'm not a tailor and never attended to any fashion school before. So when it come to sewing, I usually try to find the most simple way to make it. And I just want to share with you what I found. So you can try to make it for yourself.

Really love these pants, they look so flattering! But one question: How have you finished the ends of the waistband? In the shot with the beltloops they are still unfinished, in the next one they are suddenly made perfect. How does it work to make them look so seamlessly?

Ah, to finish it, you can make a seam inside right at the end of the waistband. Then upside it to hide the seam inside

I don't understand how you finish the belt. Do you sew it to the zipper ? How do you close your pants? With buttons?

Very good job! Beautiful material. Love your video from start to end. For beginners I would like to point out that the opening of ladies' pants zipper is usually on the other side; for ladies it should open on the left side and for men it opens on the right. Keep up the good work.
