Hello, wonderful design; could you please share the information on how you built them?

Looking nice but there is some serious time alignment work to do with such a horn. The medium driver is at least 1,0 m behind the bottom bass cab and 1.5m behind the tweeter.
@Peter-p7eАй бұрын
Zadná časť driver treba otvoriť aby sme dostali super tweeter Je potrebná modifikácia. Zvuk sa zlepší aj z druhej strany na horne. Zvuk sa otvorí a prečistí.

what are the sizes of plywood did you use?

Nicely executed and well thought out approach. Besides pride of building them yourself you get to listen to then anytime you so desire. For time alignment are you using a analog or digital delay in order to bring the bass and upper most (tweeter) horns launching the sound at the same time as the mid horn?
@hmgchannel4415 Жыл бұрын
I only use analog passive crossover

Beautiful! Im considering these in a quite small room, midfield listing. Does this work and how far is your listing position?
@hmgchannel4415 Жыл бұрын
Listening position about 6m

@@hmgchannel4415im considering building the 106cm Sato horn, with super tweeter in the mouth. I set them 300cm apart but the listing distance from the chair is only 250cm, is that okay with these puppy’s?
What is the music please? Sounds a bit like the backing to a Nick Cave track that I love . . Into your Arms

Hi just wondering if these sound 'honky' at all
@buildmodrepeat28752 жыл бұрын
The honk sometimes associated with horn speakers is often improper crossover settings. On most horns younwant to set your crossover point above the natural roll off frequency of the horn. Lets say you built a horn that is tuned to 200hz to avoid honk you set your crossover to 250hz or maybe 300hz if that makes sense

i never knew you could score plywood for bending
@jasonnovetsky41382 жыл бұрын
Obviously the sound is a recording of the track, not these speakers.
