I love the pants and would like to sew something like this myself. But I have to say, for a totale newbie I'm find this tutorial hard to follow. I wish you would show more of what you actually do instead of explaining and cut right to it already being done :-) The cut sometimes makes it hard to connect what really happend. I’m very confused at the 6:35 mark, you say to sew the seam of the inner thigh first and then open it up? Does this include sewing from the crotch upward too?

How may yards I should get I am a size small(0-1) petite

Fatima Alvarezzz how tall are you? The finished length of the pants makes a difference on total yardage also. But you need a good amount of fabric for the bell part of the pants. So about 2.5 yards

I usually get 2-3 yards This depends on where the flare starts How big the flare is If the fabric stretches
