I have 3 Ultrasonic Ceramic Piezo disks, 20mm diameter, their resonant frequency are 5MHz, 10MHz and 20MHz. Can your circuit be tuned to these frequencies? Thank you.

No, it actually works with 9v 1A adaptor, but it works better than version 1

You can use inductor between 200uh to 1000 uh / 1mh. It is also recommended to follow version 2 of circuit diagram as it will be more stable and esy to adjust frequency of 113khz, download link is in video description.

no, ultrasonic cleaners have different frequencies and use higher power.

2N2222 is a bipolar tranzistor not mos-fet so you can not replace it

Mist Maker 108-113kHz. (Voltage can be used DC5-12v.)

This version shown in video is little tricky to adjust at 113khz, So i redesigned version 2 with easy adjustment and protection for 555 IC amd is more stable and uses 9 volts. So check out the link in description and you can find both versions schematic Diagrams
