Hey, figured it out! At 5:49, loosen the bigger screw and tighten the smaller screw until it seems they are almost touching eachother, then tighten the big screw - this removes that space between the doors (it'll take a few tries to get it perfect)

Tried it for a hour and it isn’t working. The big screw is almost at the large hole and wanting to fall off. Ugh about to install side hinges.

Have you tried to fix the gap between the two cabinet doors? I am struggling with this.

This was something I had to live with. It's not an error on your part, it's just how it's designed. I didn't catch that when I purchased it. Both sides equally have a slight gap. Good luck to you.

hello, how do you attach the cabinet and side unit together firmly? there is only 6 ‘103887’ and only front part has hole to put screws which don’t hold at all-!

Bosong Kim yeah poor design as far as that goes. It was a trick to get the cabinets to sit on there correctly and took another person. If you are still having trouble i recommend securing with some dry wall screws bit pre-drill them first. For things like this on the past I’ve encountered, I usually reinforce with drywall screws and spare brackets. Good luck to you!

I just purchased and assembled. How much weight can each shelf hold? And do I have to attach to the wall? I have the four tiered shelf, with three sections, and the bamboo doors... can someone help???

We put a lot of weight on each shelf and it held up. Mainly kitchen items though. We didn’t attach to the wall but probably a good idea if possible. Should be a cool look with either bamboo doors or wood. Great questions!

hello there. i was wondering. how did you attach the cabinet on the bracket that they have? did you just use your own screws? i think there is a design flaw in this product. i have the drawer set and there are 6 brackets to install but only 4 screws and the screws actually act like pegs where the base just sits in the peg. i believe that ikea created a design flaw with this. what is your take on the matter?

Janet smith i agree with you on this. Yes i just used my own screws. Didnt want to initially but ended up having to.

@@DIYTechnician I had this problem as well. I bought more screws. Also, there weren't enough brackets for this two-cabinet configuration.Did you only use 2 or three for some of the cabinets?

M.E. Francis yes. I even pulled out a couple spare small “L” brackets and straight brackets from spare stash. I did drill pilot holes for the screws too so I didn’t crack the wood. Good luck to you and let me know if any more questions. 🤙
