Haha! It’s not pretty, but it does the job. I drilled too close to the bottom to use the nut so I had to improvise at that point. The plug that was there to begin with was unusable so I have to disagree with it being worse than leaving it alone.

Taking out the fosm changes the floating of your boat!

Incorrect it's there for incase the boat sinks it has buoyancy. Otherwise foam does not assist with the boats floatation. So half right 😀

This is a straight up getting by style build. You should get a year of fishing out of it though!

It's a simple solution for a lack of storage. Access to the insides of the benches will make it easier for additional mods that require wiring. I'm hoping it lasts longer than a year lol.
