Did you have to extend the parking sensor wires on the far right hand side sensor?

No I loosened the retaining clips on the loom as much as I could to get the extra length. I wasn't confident in adjusting the factory wiring so it wouldn't cause an issue. In hindsight, it would have been much easier to extend these wires by 100mm to make remove/refit much easier

Great vid mate. I bought a 2nd hand bar and using your video for the install today. The bracket that you pop rivet to the bottom of the air vent (10.08mins) do you know the dimensions or where I can pick one up. My bar didn’t come with them so I will have to make them. Thanks

Cheers for the feedback mate. I don't know the exact measurements sorry, but it would be about 60mm out and 15-20mm upwards. The plate is really to just to help keep the cut plastic bumper out and away from the body in line with the Kaymar bar, so if in doubt you could always just fit the bar and then pack behind the bumper with a towel till it sits nice, measure the total distance then make your brackets from that. Kaymar would sell them as a spare part im sure, but honestly I'd be making them up from scratch as you have.

Great video. If you get time put some paint on the holes where the bare metal was exposed from drilling them out.
