Just add 3-5 cm to the 12cm and 21cm sides.the curve will change easily if you use a curve ruler. The gusset can be changed to 9cm by 7cm.The increase depends on the elasticity of your fabric. The 17cm side is how high waisted you want

​I very know this problem. And most time you find a piece in a store the backside heights is not high enough! I am sewing since years my panties. Today no more lace because I find IT is too scratchy. I take cotton with 5% elastic and instead of waist und leghole- elastic-ribbons I cut from the fabric "ribbons". ​@@iulianaa2079
