Series idea when miss rona is over: Rachel traveling to different female subscribers across the world to help them finish a project that they were too scared to tackle! But making them do most of the work so that they actually learn!! I would love that so much. Anyone else?

This was honestly the most well-suited and interesting sponsorship I've ever watched. And I watched the entire thing, no skipping when normally I would. Bravo to Zircon for seeking out an influencer that makes sense and bravo to you for incorporating their tool into a DIY that it actually applies to!!

Just because your laundry room is the garage, DOES NOT MEAN IT CAN'T BE CHIC! Today I'm going to show you how to do just that but also show you how to use Zircon's SuperScan K1 to ensure you ALWAYS hit a stud and never hit anything else that may be behind your walls. Happy Monday everybody! Let's have an incredible and productive week! We got this xx.

Well, I don’t have a laundry room, but I’m redoing my kitchen (the cabinets were installed by someone) and my new esthetic has brass/rose gold so your makeovers in Holly’s house is giving me SO many ideas! I’m more of a white cupboard/gal, but the nice thing about your make overs is that they are versatile that you can apply them to your own place. Love this and I love how you are tying it all in to Holly’s overall home esthetic.

Dude, this came out so Dope SuperCat!! So much stupid simple construction techniques used & the look is higher end!! I miss my Zircon so much. It was over 12 yrs. old & I left in a toolbag on my tailgate (down) & went to run an errand🤦‍♂️. Needless to say all of it went MIA... Absolutely BEST stud finder made. Hoping all is well Kid!! Dirty Jersey out!! Oh, & current Laundry Room situation is that it a 10x6 less than 5 yr. old construction grade room with ONE wire shelf waiting for Metz to visit Jersey & go HAM on it😂🤦‍♂️👍.

Love how there is a great tool now to help find studs! Here in the UK most houses of a certain age all walls are brick so we can hang anything wherever we like (as long as you have a powerful drill!) although a lot of new build property's here now are being built with brick outer skins but all internal walls are studs Great video as always, you're really thriving! 😁

You should try SeaPaint for painting cabinets, or anything else. I painted my kitchen cabinets and only needed to clean them for prep. I painted them a rich, dark color and never had fingerprints from handling after. The paint dries so quick so you can get done with projects quicker and not lose interest (that's always my issue!).

I love the black cabinets! I am using black stick-on vinyl to turn my kitchen black - the vinyl is wipeable. I also love the "marble" splashback, the copper accents (do the hinges copper), and the wood. I'd stain and varnish the wood so it doesn't get dirty.

Love it all, Earth-Friendly idea: line dry your clothes after the wash, and throw them in the dryer with a damp towel for ten minutes and it'll be like you dried them completely in the dryer. Love the makeover. I think I'm going to steal the copper tubing drying rack. The one thing I would change is the direction of the latch on the door under the sink as the slide part of the latch would give you a pseudo handle to put the door open. Other than that it's pretty amazing. PS does the new stud finder work on double thickness drywall, my stud finder doesn't. My garage walls has so many holes where the stud finder "found" a stud but there wasn't one.

Tip for cleaning out that laundry tub I learned from my former fil. Fill with hottest water. Pour in a whole bottle of Mr. Clean. Let sit for a day or two. Unplug. All the years of schmutz & stain down the drain! Sparkling & spotless. & a little story re studfinders. I've ALWAYS used a stud/pipe/electrical finder but my fiance learned the hard way after drilling from a bedroom wall STRAIGHT into the middle of the shower water pipe from the bathroom on the other side of the wall. 🌊👀😵😅

Well, since you asked... I would build a Plinth to put the Washer and Dryer on, to raise them up... a) because they're both front-loaders and it would make it much easier to load and unload... b) you could hide the plumbing and still have a folding station on top. c) if you built it right the plinth could have drawers in it for storing things that are seasonal like garden hoses etc. You know, stuff you don't want out in winter because it's just unsightly, bulky and in the way... However, said stuff is still needed if you don't want to cart myriad buckets of water out to water plants and lawns etc. Speaking of nasty grotty tops of cabinets, my mum taught me to make sure the top is Seriously Clean, then line the whole thing with waxed paper. That way, when it comes time to clean it up again, it's sooo much easier to remove the paper, clean the cabinet top and then put new paper down. As a renter I have found it invaluable for move-out cleans and while most of my family has their own houses, they still do it because it makes Deep Cleanings so very much easier. By the way I truly love your channel, you are a strong take charge kind of woman, who is not afraid to step out and get her feet wet in something unknown. That kind of inspiration is absolutely priceless, especially because you show everything within reasonable boundaries, warts and all.

It looks great! Except you covered the water shut off! I know you said it could easily be taken down, but the 15 minutes it'd take to do that after gathering all the tools could result in 1000s in mold remediation costs in the event of a leak. I'd create an access.

If she put a handle on the side of cover she could just pull it off in seconds.

Love it and very informative!! I think the marble wallpaper would be great also to cover the top surface to make it smoother for folding clothes :-)

it looks so wonderful, so lucky to have a canvas to exercise your creativity on. For the back wall, instead of the contact paper, have you thought of using the sticky tile version (fake tiles not sure what to call them haha) and cover the whole back including the area between the sink and the storage? It will make them all come together and that wood shelf can remain the same. That way, the whole thing will come together.

Grab a super strong magnet, so you don't try to drill into a dry wall screw! I'm clumsy, this happens to me often. 😣 😂😂😂

Love it! I would have liked you to cover the board over the sink with the marble as well. But you do so well. I’m not great at DIY at all so I love watching you execute those stuff. I wish you were a traveling DIYer cuz I’d pay ya!

Me and my best friend live together. We were talking yesterday and I asked her if we can give our living room a makeover and she was ok with it. I know it’s going to be a challenge but I’m excited to give it a go. I am going to look at your channel for inspiration.
