Looks good. I'm gonna try this but I'm gonna cap the circulation and drill a 1/8" hole for that purpose to allow for more top pipe pressure or just run the top pipe but drill my holes on an angle to serve both purposes.

Put a screen around the bottom of the bilge, its will greatly reduce the scale clogging
