I was just a bit concern with the following elements: 1. The windows - How could you open these panels if the loft is placed there? 2. Ceiling height - What’s the ceiling height of your room? The standard ceiling height for a room to permit a loft is 4.70M and that is 2.40M below and 2.10M above. 6:52 - You may see that you can’t even stand below the loft. That is why it is important to hire the right professionals for this type of renovations. This is your space, your rules - that’s right. Someday, you might have a bigger room and you may want to consider to hire a. Licensed Interior Designer to do the job for you so anthrompometrics, standard dimensions, ventilation, lighting, and etc. would be considered.

@@drlnrmll 6 feet(2meters) is good, but common ceiling height of a house here sa atin ay 2.7meters or 3meters. So having a loft bed with 1.6meters is acceptable. It's like double deck or bunk bed idea. 😁
