Voltage ratio of 0.017 does not correspond to turns ratio of 0.025. Correct winding should be 120 turns primary (thick wire) and 7,135.1 for the secondary (thin wire). Good design though if you only use the resource at your disposal.

Magnetic flux density need to be very low to reduce core loss , Which require many turn per volt and large DC resistance which cause voltage drop during load. But still amazing that a solid iron work as transformer.

Had you placed the spacer on the screw before gluing the two screws ogether by epoxy, you'd have not have to cut it into two pieces and then glue them together again....

Deep tech tips not enough voltage to hurt. You see voltage is like pressure, and current is like how much is going through. You need sufficient voltage AND current to hurt. It takes 25 vac and 35vdc to get through your hands. But on your feet (DONT TEST THIS PLEASE YOU CAN DIE!) you might be able to take a 125v wall outlet.

Just count how much wire does it take for 1 turn and then multiply by the number of turns you want to make and you should get the approximate length of copper wire you'll need
