一つ一つの作業に精密性が垣間見え、大変素晴らしい動画だと感じました。私もこちらの動画を参考に露光機を作成しようかと考えております。 今回はスポンジを使っての圧着露光のようですが、真空ポンプを使って真空式の露光機を作れればと考えております。そこで大変恐縮ですがCAD設計図の無料あるいは有料での配布はお考えではありませんでしょうか。是非ご検討ください。

自作のケミカルランプ露光機からLED露光機へと考えていたところこの動画を発見し、自作の意欲がわいてきました。 １つ質問なのですが、Amazon等でLEDテープを検索すると波長が395-405nmの紫外線LEDが多く販売されているようで、このタイプを購入されたのでしょうか？また、この波長のものでも十分に露光できていますでしょうか？感光剤やその他の条件で焼き付きが変わる事は承知しております。 よろしくお願いします。

コメントありがとうございます。 私が購入したUV LEDテープも波長が395-405nmのものです。 蛍光管のように強い光を広範囲に放つタイプのものではないので、 十分な露光結果を得るにはLEDと露光対象物の距離をできるだけ近づけると良いです。 また各LEDがほぼ等間隔になるよう配置するとムラのない露光が行えます。

初めまして。 露光機（LED）を自作したく色々探してたどり着きました。 やはり作るならどうしても「木材以外」で作りたかったので・・・ アルミ、良いですよね！ 初めは「アルミプロファイル」でフレームを作成しようと考えましたが、「G-Fun」は軽量かつ作業効率も良さそうですね。 ちなみにガラス板は「強化ガラス」でしょうか？もし宜しければ厚みなども教えて頂けると助かります。 色々参考にさせて頂きたいと思います！

筐体サイズは約630mm × 630mm × 100mmで、原稿台には最大で外寸465mm × 565mmの枠を置くことができます。 材料はミスミ・アマゾン・ピカリ館で調達し総額5万円ほどだったと思います。
