Good morning. What is the sqft. Of your freezer? Have you ever had it maxed out with meat and still allowed for air flow? If so how many carcasses did it hold. Thanks for your time and video.

I have 96 square ft of floor space. The most I've had in it at one time was 2 beef, 2 elk and a deer. The beef was quartered, the elk were halved and the deer was whole. It still allowed for a lot of airflow and I still had a lot of room left to hang more. I think if I were to add more than that I would have added a fan to circulate the air.

Love the build! How hard was it to do your trolley system? I’d like to do the same thing you did.

Thank you! The rail was not too bad. I ran drill stem across the ceiling to weld hangers from. The hangers were made from some 1” rebar I had lying around and the rail was made from 1/2”x2” flat stock. Where I needed corners, I cut about 2 1/2ft of flat stock, warmed it up with a torch and bent it into a sweeping 90. I then just welded them into place on the hangers and ran flat stock from one corner piece to another.

How high is your rail and what height if you where to do it again ?
@zachparrish48937 ай бұрын
rail is at about 8ft. If I were to do it again, Id only give myself clearance for the trolly or possibly use a unistrut type of rail. Even with those changes I believe it would still be too low to hang a whole beef half. In order to do that, I would need a higher ceiling.

Hello sir, I have another question: how do you process the cattle? do you killing cattle on the rack outside this ckntainer, finish every procedure until splitting, after the splitting, then cut into quarters, then move quarters into the container?
