I have got the same engine & vehicle model as you, also tried replacing my v belt but it keeps ripping it. It work on the old alternator with old tensioner however does ticking noises and it also eats the belt but less. Also it turns out that alternator I have in my vehicle should be A0009062209 and I have got A0009063809 ( witch has a different alternator role ) but they are both compatible with my car. Can you provide your alternator part number if you have please or provide me with a suggestion what can be the issue

Hi! This not my car ,I have just do the process ! But if you have chance the belt and it eat it I think you have probably problem with the tensioner! Some times the central pulley has also a “play” ! Start the engine and check how it’s rotating
