My first time Microneedling and the product I ordered also did not come with instructions. You saved the day Amanda, after watching a many videos on how too's, I then found yours. After viewing I then felt very comfortable and confident in order to proceed, Thank You for that. I have also read all the comments and replies (I do suggest your viewers do the same and they will see repeatedly answered is a every 2 week application) I did also notice a few viewers saying the serum was not coming out. My suggestion and in small intervals, loosen the needle top. The serum has become air locked in the vial and is needed some air in order to flow through the needles. Thank you. I’ve had my kit for several weeks but it never came in a box. Just a bunch of loose containers. There were no directions not even on the Qure website as far as opening the vials or prepping the skin. Very disappointed with them. Thank goodness I found your video and was able to use the product today! Thank you so very much!

I had the same issues them. I ordered a kit. Received loose items individually wrapped. No instructions. There is a QR code on the chamber box- you have to scan for instructions. They said the kit is only available during promotion so you don’t get the box nor the hair band. I was disappointed too and they customer service is very not consumer oriented at all. They over promised their products.

All I saw on their website was the kit. You also mentioned that’s weird. You haven’t seen that for 3 years. If the website says, you won’t receive the kit but you will receive items then I would have been just fine. It’s just about the principle. Anyways I am over it. Thanks for your reply.

Tip number one would be sure that you are turning it on its top and letting it sit that way for 2 to 3 minutes while you get ready to start. If you’re doing that and still having issues I would reach out to the company I made this video about a year ago And have been using the product for about two years ago and have not run into this issue up until now. Yes of course! Micro needling on the lips is great. Just like your face I would avoid touching, licking your lips or any form of contact. Do it as the last last step of your treatment

It’s hard to say without seeing the depth of lines and area, however Solely based on your age and description of the area I don’t think you would get the results you would want. You probably should talk with an injector about other more clinical options. My intentions would never be for you to waste any money.

I just did my first treatment but I didn't see any trace of serum until I got to my chin 😢. I thought it was being injected and I wasn't able to see it but no I don't know what happened. I applied the serum all over my face, so hopefully it will penetrate a bit.

Some times you need to tip your head to the side and let gravity so it’s magic. Also remember to tip the jar it upside down for a couple minutes before starting

I didn’t see anything coming out either. My face didn’t glisten like in this video as she was applying it. I felt like I was just poking holes in my face. I did it for 20 minutes, but the level of serum in the bottle never seemed to go down. I finally gave up and used the “leftover” serum to apply to my face & neck. But the leftover serum, to me, was how much had been put in the vial in the first place. So I’m not getting it.

Is there is way to clean this heads sanitize like they do sanitize regular syringes with something and reuse it because I’m not very excited about this product that will work nobody knows when and plus you have to buy heads constantly in the morning. I woke up started putting on the cream and salt, a little kind of burning, stinging, feeling all over my face. . on top of it. I had really hard time to get serum from those needles. I see in a lot of reviews. People have the same problem. Serum doesn’t come out from those needles very very little bit so I had to take out this whole serum. Hi, wow! You really helped me and i thank you. I do jave a couple questions...do i need to do a patch test first? If so how and where? Before using this do i need to wipe down my counter with alcohol? Also can i use regular bottled alcohol on a cotton ball instead of a wipe? I just got mine and im afraid to use it lol. Thank you 🙏🏽 Qure says you can perform a patch test on an area of your skin that isn't too exposed prior to treatment to see how it responds, but I wouldn’t wait to long leaving the serum and needles exposed. Regular alcohol, and a cotton ball will work the same. You are encouraged to use your LED mask the next day as it will help you heal quicker and enhance the results. I would also wipe it down with an alcohol wipe prior to using. The serum is fine the next day as well.

@@DjDI287 personally I don’t think the patch test is necessary. This treatment is fairly mild and intended to be used often(every 2 weeks) If you wash your hands before and refrain from touching anything else before that will be fine as well. Most women are only going to be red for a couple hours and maybe just a touch sensitive until the next day. It’s pretty gentle.

Hey Amanda! Thank you for this video. Lol I have been so worried about performing each step as indicated on the directions...eh hemm by scanning qr code. Lol yall the directions are very thorough & definitely there! Haha just messing but seriously I have had a great experience with Qure's customer service. Gold standard, really. Anyhow, Im inquiring about how long i should go without touching my face after. Im a nurse and love pretty cut & dry timelines ( also known as consistent "routines") lol so it helps me not freak out or get amxiety I did something wrong. Also i use a Blissy pillow which i think should be sufficient as long as i wash it the day before i perform the infusion. Should I wash the pillow the next couple days as well? And you said wait 24 hrs then you can use makeup? It says to wait 72 hrs prior to using skincare. Is this accurate? You need to wait that long? If so, no worries. I’m happy to hear all of that. Regarding touching your face, 72hrs is a bit excessive with this at home set. We are only going .5mm deep and it will generally be ok within the 24hrs. Some women could be ultra sensitive and may be a little more careful but honestly the 24hrs should be ok.

Oh no, I meant do you need to wait 72 hrs prior to using skincare? And in regard to touching face, if I perform the procedure at night. I can touch my face as long as my hands are clean by the next morning or so? Or are you saying 24 hrs is sufficient for using my own skincare and touching face as well. Obviously I would be cautious with using retinol or retinoids but gentle skincare should be okay within 24 hrs or so? Sorry for any confusion. I wouldn’t be too worried about causing damage to the skin. These needles can’t go in further than the approved .5mm… however, this is the second comment I have seen about having issues with the serum coming out. I’ve been using this brand for a couple years now and this video is about a year old. Up until now I’ve not run into this issue. Possibly they got a bad batch in manufacturing? I would reach out to the company, there’s nothing I can do with that issue.

Same issue here. When I was done, 20 minutes, there appeared to be the same amount of serum in the vial as there was when I started. My face did not look “wet” like yours. I felt like I was just poking holes in my face and after 20 minutes gave up and took the ‘leftover’ serum and spread it all over my face and neck. But as I said, the leftover serum seems to be pretty much what I had poured in the vial in the first place. I would think after 20 minutes (supposed to be 5) that there would be less serum in the vial from when I started the treatment.

So I guess I wasted a new head as I used a different head for the face and neck area? I like the kit but nothing is specified and it does not come with instructions. I wrote qure and they never replied as well. I will try again but spending money on a system you would think they customer service is better. Same goes for cleaning, on their site it says to clean the bottle with a gentle cleanser and then air dry...ehm what cleanser? again nothing is specified. If you see my questions, I take it as I can use the same head next time for the facial and neck area and what cleanser would you recommend? I only air dried the vial as I did not know what cleanser to use :(

Qure’s website has specific instructions and the QR code in your box will also pull them up. More and more brands are working towards less print material as it’s simple to access digital. You don’t need to use two heads for one treatment. The same head can be used on the neck. Any of your cleansers will be fine there is no need to purchase something special for this. You can also sanitize with boiling water or soaking in alcohol. Let each method completely dry before storing.

I don’t know that much about the system, but don’t you start with a forehead and work your way down? And I’m confused, because you said do not touch your face after micro needling, but you padded the remaining serum all over your face with your hands? And how often would you do the micro needling? There is no hard rule for that. You could start at your neck and work up if you wanted to. The treatment is best done every two weeks.

Really great questions! I would avoid AHA & BHA for a day or two but after that, you should be just fine to continue as usual. It’s fine to use your retinol with peptides. Vitamin C is best in the daytime!

Ok...I followed what you did....left bottle upside down for 4 minutes with shook up serum in it.....but then tried to press needle on my skin following you....but nothing came out on my face...then a pressed even harder and adrop here or there got on skin....but my face was still literally dry?....it there sometime in the inside of needle lid that needs to be removed? Why is the serum not coming out,with pressing harder and harder? Help!!!😢

It sounds like you did everything correctly. There’s not anything inside of the needle head that needs to be removed. My recommendation would be reaching out to the company and talking with them about possibly a defect. They’ve been really great to work with!

Why is .5mm recommended for serum infusion for stem cells? Why not deeper?

.5mm is what’s the safest at home depth. In a medspa or clinic they do go deeper but Along with that is some downtime and suggested to be 6 week apart treatments. At the .5mm you can do this every two weeks and zero downtime. Plus it’s more affordable.

If you want sterile gloves.... run them through the autoclave. Same with gowns, scrubs, masks or whatever else is being used. And yes, gloves are safety for both. Gloves aren't individually sealed so they aren't sterile. When taking gloves out of the packet after the autoclave, they're technically no longer sterile then either the moment air hits them. Nothing is ever totally sterile.

It’s big box with 12 serums and 4 bottles. And you have to add up needle heads to your shopping bag . Botox is way cheaper at this point. 149 for this big box and another 60 for heads

You bought some kind of a generic knock off brand. That has nothing to do with what I’m using. So I couldn’t speak to what their product is. Addressing your comment about Botox is cheaper. That may be true, but Botox is not the same as micro needling. Micro needling is more about texture and evening the skin tone. While it does offer minimal benefits to fine lines it does not do the same thing as Botox does.

I think you are suppose to start in the middle of your face and needle going outwards. Can you recommend a dumbing cream? Can you reuse the head if you let them soak in alcohol for a bit after treatment (and can presoak before the next treatment) I know an influencer who says she does that

It makes no difference where you start. Personally I do not think numbing cream is needed. These do not go as deep as clinic micro needling. But that’s also why you can do them more often. As far as reusing your head… Use your discretion. I will not be commenting on Sanitary instructions, contrary to the advice of the brand.
