Hello friends I have made a mini compact braiding machine, using CNC cut acrylic parts and 3D printed parts I also used a custom made PCB in this project for DC motor speed control.
I have planned this project video in 2 parts in this first part I made the project and in 2nd part we will show how machine will work and do braiding.

Nice work dude very nice. Back in the day the average makers workshop was a selection of hand tools, Abra files and a decent pillar drill these days the average maker has a mini lathe, a mini CNC, a laser cutter and a 3D printer, aren't these days just awesome.

For those wondering why there are holes in the two central bolts... Not sure he's going to implement that but if you feed 2 threads up there then it will weave 5x threads as well...

So neat watching shuttles go around like a figure 8 demolition derby. Would be cool to make this into a race car track that was bigger and made a way for cars to randomly pass each other. Great video:)

For garment industry, to reduce manual counting process for cards such as price tags, RFID cards etc
