Note: Confusion of micro injection molding machine. On the internet, there’s often confusion between micro injection molding products and micro injection molding machines. However, these two are distinctly different. Micro injection molding machines typically refer to smaller, simpler injection molding machines that offer a cost-effective solution. These machines usually have basic structures, limited automation, and relatively lower production precision. As a result, while they’re suitable for manufacturing simple, small-sized products, they’re not designed for extremely small or highly detailed plastic parts. Such limitations make them unsuitable for producing the tiny, intricate components often associated with micro injection molding products.

Hello, great work, I have been following you for a long time, I have a project similar to yours, with many doubts and expectations since the information that is shared is very little, that is why I appreciate your time in making these videos, my concern is in the type motor if you use a Nema 23 or Nema34 the Injection Screw can have a Retaining Ring Check to prevent material recoil or use an extruder screw. Hi, thanks you so much. The injection screw I use servo instead of step motor. A retaining ring is very well in this case, but maybe ver 2 I can use it

Hola gran trabajo desde hace mucho tiempo te sigo tengo un proyecto similar al tuyo yo, con muchas dudas y expectativas ya que la información que se comparte es muy poca, es por eso que agradezco tu tiempo en hacer estos videos mi preocupación está en el tipo de motor si usas un Nema 23 o Nema34 el Tornillo de Inyección puede tener Chequeo de Anillo de Retención para evitar el retroceso del Material o uso un tornillo extrusor.
