I have to say, I watched several tutorials on dismantling fish tanks, including watching Tanner do it a few times. Others use the really narrow putty knife and a razor blade, and I tried that with some luck. Then I decided to use a razor scraper and it was so much better... now I, too, am using the razor scraper for everything.

This looks like something you would find in a high end office of some kind. You could literally make a few of these and they would easily sell for a couple hundred dollars a piece (adjusting price based off how much it cost to build it of course) It's an amazing centerpiece for any office or den area. Looks great, love your tanks! Did an 8x10 foot rain box installation yrs ago for an art show. If you use a strobe light and adjust the settings it helps make the rain look more real. Also used adjustable drip nozzles on a water line for added control, front could rain slower with bigger drops while the back was set up for more of a downpour and added depth.

Would love to see you take this idea a step further and make this into an "at a glance" weather forcast. You could add some LEDs, use a raspberry pi to get the lastest weather forcast and control the pump and leds for real time weather effects. E.g. Thunderstorms? Flicker the LEDs and activate the pump. Warm weather? Nice warm yellow LED. Could go even further and incorporate a mist machine for when it's foggy out. All this might not fit into this build though. Anyway, awesome build! Keep up the good work!
