DIY Mushroom Lamp with Thrift Store items for just about $2

So one of my favorite channels ‪@TheSorryGirls‬ DIY'd a mushroom lamp that I absolutely loved and I thought I might give it a try, adding my own spin. In their inspiration, she used orange spray paint which gave it a great retro feel. I had no fun colors like that so I used green and white on my lamps. You could actually use any color to match your decor or mood. My next ones will be funky '70s colors like the inspiration ;)
This is such a great project I'll make a couple to try and sell in my booth. Let me know in the comments if this is something you might try to make or would you be more interested in buying one finished, and if that is so... what color?

These are really far out...:) genius painting them on the inside! They will look great in your booth displayed on top of fake grass or something. I would also like to say thanks for sharing❤

That is a great idea! These lamps will go with anything. I let an entire kitchen of vintage mushroom decor go about a year ago. Suuuuure wish I had it now! Thank you so much for watching and commenting. ;)

Did you glue the top and bottom after you put the lights?

No. The bowl rests on the base. When I was shopping for the pieces I made sure each bowl fit nicely on each bottom. This allows to change out the twinkle lights inside.
