Hi... You cannot connect single laptop cells... They will burn own fuses after 10Ah discharge

Is it my mistake or this kind of board (I used the same 20A board with 15C drain Sanyo cell) have insufficient current for some of makita drills. It cut the current when I pressed the the trigger too fast - which shouldnt happen, even with fully charged.

That's mean your drill Paul's more than 20A on start, so your board make protection. You need 30A or more amp board..

It dipens from BMS, battery can reach also 4.3volts. Your batteries have same voltages when you charged them?

About 0.2 voltage is the diference its ok i think but i afraid a litle about the over charge

Maybe you have cheap BMS circuit witch doesn't cut voltage when voltage is on maximum 12.6V, so to charge them you need exactly 12.6Volts charger.

Did not have enough energy to fully power my Makita 6316D and 6916D, i think it's the 3S 20A Li-ion Lithium Battery 18650 Charger PCB BMS Protection Board 12.6V Cell , everything is connected good, but it just do not give enough power to be useful, so do NOT make this if you need power, and it wont charge with the old Makita charger, the red light goes on of, and not stays on and charge the battery's, even with the original fuse. I gone try it with the 3S 12.6V 40A Li-ion Lithium Battery Protection Board AUTO Recovery 18650 Charger, and really hope that one works, but it can also be the 3 batery's, that it is just not enough.

You have used the wrong kind of 18650 batteries. You need high power cells, and NOT cells that are used on Laptops, etc.

Update: the 3S 12.6V 40A Li-ion Lithium Battery Protection Board AUTO Recovery 18650 Charger also does NOT work, so it's a busted, the boards do not give enough energy at ones to the MAKITA cordless drill.

So to be 100% sure, i can use my old Makita charger to charge the 3400mAh 18650 rechargeable lithium battery, because the old Makita charger can only charge Ni-MH and Ni-CD battery's, it says on the charge?
