I’ve never used gelatin in cheesecake and just the thought of it makes my stomach churn. Is there anything else that can be used? I love this cheesecake. It’s so beautiful and I’d love taste-o-vision! All your creations are so beautiful and sound so tasty! Since it’s fall could you make something with gingerbread (not cookies lol). I live in the US so I don’t know what flavors are traditional fall/holiday flavors around the world. But gingerbread is pretty much a holiday staple right? Or make something that’s a unique fall/holiday flavor is Australia!
