This is so pretty!! 💖🥰 is white chocolate used in vanilla for the same reason why coffee is used in chocolate? Or is this a white chocolate cheesecake? Thanks for the alternative for gelatin. Still haven’t seen an cheesecakes, baked or no bake, that uses gelatin or agar agar. I know I want to try one Of your cheesecake recipes eventually. I love watching baking videos dreaming of when I’ll feel good enough to stand up and bake. Four back surgeries definitely keeps me from being able to bake 😫

I have a couple questions!! Do you have a suggested recipe you'd use for baked cheesecakes? There's something about jiggly jello cheesecakes that don't do it for me, so I'd want to do it that way! And, is it easy for you to get graham crackers over in AUS now? I remember it being so hard back in the 2000s but I'm over in NZ anyway! And where do you get those commercial grade candy gel colours?! 😍thank you for sharing this! I'd love to give it a go.
