If you have heaps of wood in the shed that you want to get rid of you could frame them up too. I love that you painted the back. My pet hate is when the back is still in it's original state. It just doesn't look finished.

Ah yes that would be a great idea. I always try to finish the whole item so it can be used anywhere it also used to look loads better in the shop when someone would take something home and it was fully finished 😁❤️

Hi there, to prevent it coming through you need to put a layer between. A few layers of varnish usually works for me 😃
