Good job on the video, I learned some new things. I'm in the process of building one very similar to yours.

Thanks for sharing. I want to build a similar system but for blackout situations. I’m not sure which inverter I’m going to go with. I’m on a tight budget and brand name quality pure sine wave inverters would be the most expensive part of the system. The Amazon reviews on the misc Chinese Inverters seems to be if you get a good one or not and you’re SOL if not. Seems like you got a great one.

Thank you for the comment It does seem to be the roll of the dice. I did get lucky. I've done a lot of research, and if I ever have to buy another one I'm probably going to go with a MagnaSine. They're expensive but are said to last. Lots of good reviews, even in marine applications.

On a Low Fixed Income being Disabled and Medically Retired now 15 years I sourced Victron 100/50 Smart Solar Charge Controller and a 24 Volt 1200 Watt Victron Inverter and 4 100 Watt RENOGY Solar Panels and used 2 Redodo 100ah Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries with Low Temp Protection to meet My immediate needs here Kitchen and Internet Router wise and rather Happy with SIMPLE - The Smart Solar Charge Controller offers Bluetooth pairing to My Tablet, Laptop and Cellphone as well.

I've seen some good reviews on the Victron controllers. I do miss having some type of "app" with my system. I opted for the MT-50 remote display because at the time I set things up I had a VERY old cell phone (I'm slow to adopt new tech). In fairness to the charge controller I have, it does have a blue tooth device I could have purchased. I'll likely go that route when I upgrade to a 24- or 48-volt system. Thanks for the comment!
