Creating an accelerator has never been so easy. While this may not accelerate particles, it does accelerate an object much larger: a Ping Pong ball. And it does so with elegance, while demonstrating how an accelerator like CERN works! This accelerator is also called a ball cyclotron. ANY HV DC SOURCE WILL WORK.

Instructions are incomplete...how do I close the Demon portal in my living room ?
@AlienRelics
@AlienRelics 6 жыл бұрын
A grounding ball. Cover a hamster ball in aluminum foil tape, aka "duct tape" (the real thing, not that fabric crap), connect a wire to it, and ground it. Now when the demon comes out, tap it with the grounding ball. I hope you used heavy grounding wire. That should close the portal.

Dude, I found the ball behaving uncertainly, hesitating fractionally as it approached the next tape at the recommended voltage, almost like it didn't want to participate. Nuts, right? But when I doubled the voltage (2kv to 4kv) it stopped the jerky transition, energetically rising to the top of the bowl accompanied by a sub-audible vibration (6.66Hz?) and a repulsive non-visual aura above the bowl that gave me a metallic taste in my mouth and tinges of nausea. Considering this a sign of success I croaked out the name of one of my favorite demons, Ardat Lili, a very nasty succubus demon of the night, I'll have to get bac.....

Literally one of the very first electric motors (electrostatic motor) applied to particle physics. Thanks for bringing up the old technology! Maybe you can do a video on how solar plasma induces spiral shaped currents in the Earth's crust, known as Geomagnetically Induced Currents (GICs) which are responsible for various phenomena like electric currents and corrosion within oil pipelines and railroads.

Plasma Channel do you have any videos on making capacitors? I haven't seen all your videos so I'm not sure, but some interesting kinds to demonstrate would be saltwater capacitors and variable capacitors. Look up butterfly capacitors, you can make them out of scrap aluminum. Saltwater capacitors I always see people use glass bottles, I personally feel plastic works better because it's a thinner dielectric and has higher capacitance.. the water keeps it cool and from breakdown as well

Hi Jay! So I have a pretty pretty big goal in life but since you're more knowledgable then me I just wanted to see your input. I've started reading on Quantum Physics and Quantum Entangelment caught my eye. I am 15 so If I am Naiive well you know why now. I want to be the first person to invent a functioning teleporter for logistics since If I am correct (Correct me If I am wrong) two particels have to twins in order for them to be entangeld which would mean if I change it too be north it will be south in the other part. Now do you think it's possible to create a teleporter or am I going to waste my life doing something scientifacally impossible or will my demon portal kill me?
@PlasmaChannel
@PlasmaChannel 6 жыл бұрын
Excellent question, seriously. First of all, through science, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE. However, as Tesla once said, man's grasp far exceeds his reach. Our ability to imagine an apparatus, or to imagine a concept, is always ahead of our ability to actually do it. But that, my friend, is what drives the progression of science. We think of something impossible. Then we try it, again and again until we succeed. Teleportation is absolutely possible in my opinion. It just is like I said....our grasp far exceeds our reach on that matter right now. Explore. Experiment. Experience. Document. If you want to work towards making teleportation possible, do it. Due to entanglement, it may be plausible.

Cool Jay. We sense levels of magnet fields and have the feeling of being watched. A survivial tool that helps us know if we are being observed by a predator like a loin, tiger or bear. The bioelectricity in animals is accompanied by a magnetic field. A grouping of cells in the heart detects the smallest levels of fluxuation of magnetic field to detirmined (processed by brain) if something is going to help us or hurt us all within 1/3 billionths of a second. Or so I am told. Thought provoking, once again.

Hey I just discovered your channel and I love it! Do you think you could triple (or more) the force of the wind you project or triple (or more) the effect that you have on a flamme?

Andi X the only ones that use A.C. are spark gap tesla coils, and those also can be ran off DC. The reason tesla used A.C. was mainly because it was the most practicle means to step up voltage without loses.. Also he did do experiments using his coils and DC electricity.

So, the output of a tesla coil is nearly always AC. This is how a tesla coil gains high voltages. The electricity bounces back and forth (analogy) in the secondary coil. Every bounce, it gains power. This happens thousands of times a second, and ends up boosting the voltage with every bounce, creating high voltage arcs. The bouncing of electricity is also known as AC. Tesla coil outputs are mostly AC, though coils can absolutely be run off DC

Plasma Channel yup you are correct on that, the output is A.C. even if it's powered by DC.. because pulsed DC is still technically AC it's just not switching phases. Did you go to school for this stuff or are you just a hobbyist?

Murky Lurks I read where he replied to someone saying the same thing below.. he said he tried it and it was too heavy, I personally think you also need the dielectric type ball for it to work.. I don't think a conductive one would work but I could be wrong
