You connect only one phase to the bulb..and other with the aluminum foil, But it still work when you don't touch aluminum.... is it possible to work on single phase🤔

You put too many turns on the primary because it's a high frequency transformer, and also cause of the skin effect you should put thinner wires In parallel to make a thicker wire, and it'll help with the skin effect. And use about 4-8 turns. Have a great day.

No because there needs to be sufficient inductance on the primary for inductive spiking. It is configured as a joule thief circuit with an additional high voltage output coil.
