We are in the process of redoing our laundry room and I’ve been looking for inspiration . Your video is perfect because my laundry room looks just like yours! I strongly recommend you invest in the Steel Braided Washer Hoses. It might save you a flood in the utility room. Also, cut out the contact paper around the hose and drain box. That is something you may need to access in a real hurry. You are doing a great job.

I loved your idea with covering up the back wall with the curtains. That will work even if you're not renting and just want to cover that up until you do something permanent. Sometimes I want a"right now fix!"

My only concern for your shelves is that there is no center support. I’d be concerned your shelves will sag in the middle of you put anything weighty like laundry detergent on them. Overall though, I think you killed it! Lots of bold choices! Good job!!

The shelves don't really look long enough to need a center support. At most, there's a 24 inch space there between brackets (though, I am guessing 16 inches, because she hung on the studs which are usually 16 inches apart in American built homes depending on age), and that's a laminated 1/2 inch shelf board. Even if you threw a pile of bricks in the center, you wouldn't really see sag on that. Of course, people should always check the recommended span of their material and where to place the brackets before hanging, just to be sure.

Awesome job!!!!!!!!! Tip: to hide the hem edges lengthwise of the curtains, hang the curtains with the length edges folding backwards toward the back wall. It will hang beautifully. ❤

Love love love this transformation! You have such a good eye girl! Two things: have you ever heard of Tile Pops... They are super affordable removable stickers tiles for your floor. Check them out! Secondly, I like the black curtains in the mix as well maybe layer them with black curtains on the outside and one white panel in the middle just to give it a little dimension. The black looked much more polished even though it made the room dark. Either way this came out so so good! 🙂🙂🙂

This makeover is amazing.. I love the contrast of the black and white. I love your laundry sign and decor. The co tact paper is amazing. But I did notice there was a break in the honey combs..there are two in one. That are not separated. Gurl you did the works this is such a drab to fab...you did a phenomenal job!!! With the towel bar I would add some s hooks and hang maybe a basket with clothespins or a basket in general.. thanks for being an encouragement to all!!! New subscriber here!

Love it. The tiny details id chance is spray paint the tension rod and the spray some of the spray paint in the lid or on something else and paint all the screw heads black so they don’t stick out like a sore thumb and it’s all coheasive! Other than that. Amazing job!
