How did you get you front strut nuts to tight beyond the point of where the piston turns?

Way to skip over actually installing the spring into the new strut lmaooooo

Because you simply lift the old spring off and place it on the new strut. There is no "installing" as you call it. If it were more difficult than that I would have filmed it. Lift old spring off and place it on the new strut. It does not need to be filmed.

Well the spring has to sit a specific way into the perch of the strut. Im removing the damaged struts on an 06 and was looking for socket sizes required.

@@TheShangralaaaa17 That literally is probably the easiest part of the whole tutorial and the reason it is left out is because I needed 2 hands and could not film it. Again At 9:08 mark I explained "in detail" how I replaced the spring. Its very simple.

All he did was put it onto the new strut, put the end cap on and release the tension.
