Hi, I saw your video from July reviewing several leave in conditioners. I'm wondering do you now use both store bought conditioning sprays AND home made rosewater. If so, what's is the difference? I also live in Colorado, have locs, and am desperate to find ways to reduce the dryness of my hair.

I am starting my loc journey on Tuesday and I already make everything for my natural hair now and have been playing with the idea of making my own rice water. I only worry about pesticides and such so I need to research that.

Hi, I’m in Ghana and we don’t grow roses here. I’m wondering how beneficial it’ll be to get the store ones ? How will I know if it’s organic. I use black soap, handmade in Ghana and I want to make it liquid by incorporating the rosewater. Will I have to keep it in the fridge ?

Rose is there and can grow in Ghana. Look around dear.

So how often do you wash your hair and retwist? Do you retwist with every wash? Do you use sea breeze on your scalp in between wash days?
@naturalbeauty02145 жыл бұрын
I wash every 3 weeks. Was retwisting every 4 weeks but extending to 6 weeks. Yes I retwist with every wash. No seabreeze , but I do keep my locs hydrated and moisturized with a hydrating spray and/or leave In Conditioner and a oil for scalp

Why is my rose water brown? And can i still use my brown rose water on my hair?
@naturalbeauty02144 жыл бұрын
Yes you can still use it. You will get different colored rose water depending on how long you boil your roses and what color roses you started out with

Can anyone explain why my homemade rose water is GREEN???
@naturalbeauty02145 жыл бұрын
I"m not sure but my guess, If you left any of the stems on the flower it could be chlorophyll
@brandypriest55644 жыл бұрын
What color rose did you use? I've got yellow, white, and orange roses growing in my backyard that I use...they produce yellowish water. Doesn't look as pretty as the red water, but it still smells bomb, and works just as well.
