This shows that you are more than capable of building your dream home. This was more than a clever makeover, it was also well-executed. Also, I admire your wherewithal in having so many people live in an RV. I am moving from a 2500 sq. ft. house to a 400 sq. ft. Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage 40CFK2 destination trailer and want to scale down my 4-person dining area to accommodate only 2 and to also use it as an office. However, this was helpful.

Watching this gives me so much hope!!! We had a house fire and unfortunately we lost everything with no insurance! So I bought a camper so we would at least have a home that was ours, instead of renting someone else's property. But I'll admit it is intimidating at times!! Especially with a teenager and our fur babies

Oh my goodness- how devastating!! I’m so sorry. I’m glad this video gave you hope. We went from a 3200 square foot home with all the fun extras to camping in tents for 10 1/2 weeks. Now they feel like we live like kings 😂 It has been a great transition for us. We all have a greater appreciation for each other and focus less on the things. It has actually been amazing to simplify and minimize in every aspect. So many things we don’t NEED. All we really need is each other ❤️ May God bless you and your family as you move forward! I’m sure he has plenty of blessings for you even amidst the struggles right now!

@itsworthit50292 жыл бұрын
So you’re talking about the tile in the kitchen video? There’s such little tile, the weight is nominal. You raise valid questions about the grout possible cracking, but it’s not something we’ve had to deal with in our case. If you’re worried about it on your project there are other options besides tile and grout that you could entertain.

Absolutely lovely build. Only one suggestion. Is turn your chess board round. Both players, facing the board, should have a White square to their right side. If the children are learning to play chess it will throw their game off. Congratulations. But a lovely build.

I would be really thankful for a feedback on the telescopic leg, does it wabble? And what brand is it.. I am copying your layout
@itsworthit502910 ай бұрын
It’s this base, but black, and it works much better on a lighter, more balanced table (like a square or a circle). This base works, BUT because our table extends so far out on the two sides, it teeters A LOT from kids leaning on it while in use. It slowly kinda rocks intake down in height because of all the leverage it has on the long sides. If you are doing a longer table like ours you may want to use 2 table legs . That would definitely stabilize it. boatplicity.com/9066042-springfield-marine-1660230-ped-3-stage-table
@dingod349410 ай бұрын
@@itsworthit5029 thanks a lot for prompt reply. This was my fear about the leg after reading dozens of reviews..I will probably go with 2 legs but this will limit the ability of making drawers like yours . Beautifully done, and the gameboard integrated into the table is impressive, but it’s a checkerboard, not a chessboard. In chess the rightmost corner for each player is white. In checkers that square is traditionally black. I guess it doesn’t really matter, you can call the black squares white, lol, in chess any color pieces could be white as long as you play consistently, so why not the squares too?
