Should you dry it in a low heat oven to remove the moisture and thus storage life for gift giving would be good ? Or would drying it affect the taste ?

Recommend adding some lemon zest and slowing down a bit on the garlic. Two or three cloves will do just fine. You’re nearly there, darling.

I saw a process where herbal salts like this are dehydrated to make it shelf stable. They used equal parts salt and fresh herbs, then air dried on the counter for a few days.

I see these herbal salts everywhere and honestly I had no idea how to use these what would you even use these on I know it's meant for cooking or preserving but what would you cook with these how would you know how much to use like this makes no sense to me I'm not a chef so I'm just asking

I rub rosemary and garlic salt on roast or steak. Should make a nice flavor lamb also with mint added.
