Shouldn't be hard to figure out. Just need to program for the 2 motors and make them adjustable so you can dial in the speed that works best. Probably some math you could figure out to automate that last part if you were so inclined. You could even add an IR sensor to count revolutions of the drive motor/ output spool to calculate desired turns in your coil. Lots of options to improve, depending on how complicated you want to make it.

Направляющую подставить поближе и отверстие зделать либо самозатягивающее ,либо просто сделать отверстие такого же размера как проволка.

We really DO need an automatic tape dispenser - for all types of tape - from say 6mm to 50mm wide and pinstripe to duct tape and lengths up to say 1 metre. I've never seen a really good DIY solution to this issue - this is your next mission if you so choose it 😂😂😂 Not a simple project due to the strength of some of the adhesives on the tapes.
