Please I used your recipe for snow for the top scene on my advent calendar . Will this mix withstand time or will it Crack and fall off? I love the look of this and it beats the flaky stuff by a city mile. Please advise

Will this stick to a canvas looks great I'm doing a snowman painting and wanted to add fake snow to the top of the hat

I would assume so. It’s mixed with mod podge and that stuff sticks well to pretty much all surfaces.😀

What type of white paint do you recommend to cover the purple?
@VillageVignettes4 жыл бұрын
Are you're asking about painting the raw pink foam to resemble white snow? If so, then I suggest using white housepaint primer. It goes on very thick and is intended to cover other colors, and I find it works perfect as a white basecoat for my snow displays. I'm sure you could use white acrylic craft paint but you'd need to use a few coats for it to fully cover the pink.
@sandracleland14034 жыл бұрын
@@VillageVignettes thank you so much! I watched your videos before starting Halloween platform and they are so helpful! I used black craft paint to cover and it needed a few coats. Decided to hit it with some black spray paint, and it pitted the foam. All worked out okay and added some nice texture, but it did worry me when it bubbled. LOL.

I love Christmas carols, however, the background music should’ve been decreased substantially in order to allow people with hearing/auditory issues or autism, ADD, etc., to absorb and focus on your instructions. Although my hearing isn’t too impaired, the background music was very distracting, and should have been lowered after your intro., as it was monotonous and annoying, competing with your voice. If I could’ve somehow muted the music, I would’ve rated your video presentation 10/10, and that’s my only complaint. Thank you very much for your demo and efforts. Keep creating and sharing!😊❤
