DIY Solar Powered Farm Pond Fountain - Farm Pond Aeration Cheap solar fountain solar water pump

Trying to keep an off-grid pond healthy with pond aeration has become hard without power. In this video, I show how I use a timer to control our farm pond fountain and aerate the water using solar. I use a stand-alone 12V DC timer since the power inverter pulls too much power in order to run the manual timer.
We use a 500w inverter, 100W solar panel, Harbor Freight Charge Controller, and a 12V Deep Cycle Battery for our solar-powered pond fountain.
A video is coming soon on how we actually built the pond fountain itself from a sump pump and PVC. I am also looking at ways to make the foundation draw less power by migrating to 12V bilge pumps and aerator modifications.
