Excellent video as usual. Glad to see you included your little "helpers" in the project. They will learn some responsibility and pride in helping out. 2:45

Like the interchangeable nature of this, think I will steal it for some Stanley box organizers. Thanks for your content!

My favorite diy wooden cabinet so far! Wish I had the wood working tools to do the same.

A trick with French cleats, to reduce the risk of dried glue or sawdust interfering with their ability to interlock correctly, is to trim the point of the cleats flat, about 1/8”.

Eric nice video. I made several similar cabinets for my harbor freight boxes. I like the router template you used. Thanks for sharing.

Nice job! I need to do the exact rack for my van however it will be able to fit Milwaukee storage cases. Right now I have a single. I need to make it a double like this. Great video!

with the French cleats i think the bigger base was a good idea, i am planning to make my tray shelves long enough to pull out and open my boxes on the shelf so i don't have to put them on top or on a table get into them and may put some stops on them also

That would be a great idea. That is admittedly a downside of this design.

I keep looking into building a very similar design but with dados. I think I like your method better. Thanks!

LOL, yeah it feels like I'm gaining some traction now. I think that I just need to learn how to better socialize on KZbin. I've been watching for years, but would barely comment or thumbs up, so I don't know what's considered acceptable practice. I think I'm getting better though.
