the key is to wrap the fleece as tight as possible with less slack next time u wont struggle with too much bondo but the doors are looking good

Yeah I know my doors came out really good in my jeep but the shape of these were a bit more challenging than I expected but a bit more practice and I'll get there I'm just getting into fiberglassing door panels

@@MRBassSlapperFor sure it just takes a good eye and to imagine the outcome before the start then make them look as best as you pictured in your head but yeah practice will definitely give you more skills in the long run

What did you charge him to build the door panels for the speakers? If you dont mind me asking. You did a really good job building them 👍

I charge for price of materials up front which is around $200 then I charge 200 per door depending on how much goes into it he also wants to do the rear doors here soon

I heard the word BONDO and my hands cramped up from all the bull sanding i had done with that crap!! An old wise body shop man said to me wtf are you using that... Had me use some everclear body filler and man oh man.... Ive put back days, weeks back onto my life not to mention probably getting carperal tunnel! So easy to sand, form, pin holes, night and day difference!

I'll have to try that next time I mostly use rondo which is Bondo and fingerless mixed which is easier then regular Bondo to sand as well
