Nice job on the stabilizer. Hell even a truck with only springs would benefit from adding one. Might fab one up for my t800. It has terrible steering wobble going over bumps and it has all new components up front too.

Hi! Usually wedge-shaped spacers are installed between the springs and the axle. Thus, the axle tilt into a slight slope and the wheels under the weight of the truck center themselves. I can't tell you about correct angle of the wedge, you should learn about it yourself. But the bottom line is that at the most used suspension height, you should achieve the optimal axle angle.

I just put the one and half leafs on my Pete 389 , brother it runs really smooth! I really like it, Thank you, but one of my airbag is running little lower then the other one it on The 12 Gauge set up, please let me know if you have any idea how to solve this , I had this problem before upgraded to the new leafs

Glad to hear you like them! We actually having same issue on 389 one side sitting higher than other and other guys with 389 as well. The only way I’ve seen this solved is with independent air solenoid on each side instead of using one for both airbags.

Yes I’ve seen them installed on t600 and 660s. Just measure if you have enough room to move back the spring hangers

For the stabilizer they are 2” u-bolts. For the axle I had to get 1” longer to fit stabilizer Bracket.

You should sell air ride kits now that you figured out what works in the real world. Seems like all the ones on the market now are only good for show trucks

We will be building our own air ride kit for the 389 hopefully soon.. 12 gauge one is good kit but has many of its own issues. Plus the nightmare of replacing a blown airbag would really take most of your day.

The dash board is original just vinyl wrapped blue. The stabilizer brackets I cut out myself from 1/4 steel
