Oh damn i thought it was ride height at first. Dont anybody ride low anymore. We used to take the blocks out ,leave one spring and if you were good with a torch youd heat the spring for another 1/2 " lower along with lower spring hangers and we rode like that all over with no issues ever.n

I'd love to see this gorgeous W9 in person. I'm from Stockton too. My dad worked at the cannery on Waterloo for 49 years and Panella was the main trucking company that brought in the tomatoes. I grew up around that company.

Another way of looking low with stock suspension is go to jones hoods and have them make you a hood with the fenders lowered . I seen a 379 years ago with one and you would have never known . Looked good like he was riding low

I noticed when the truck was aired up the shackles were straight with the spring hanger, in my opinion that’s not how it should be. They should be angled back a couple degrees. When angled back it takes the shock out of the front suspension. When the shackle is straight it sends the shock load from the road straight to the frame/spring hanger. Other than that solid looking unit!

They were actually more angled forward now that I watched it again. Even worse. Make sure they angle BACK

This isn't that type of spring. And height is adjustable, so that's fully aired up, you can lower the pressure to get the 'shackle angle' but this spring is completely different than a normal 2/3 spring pack

@@MrFitbikeco10there's an abundance of springs. Straight ones, tapered ones, composite type, heavy haul, and the list can go on and on. This spring in particular was designed by paccar specifically for their factory air ride system which also works great for aftermarket air ride, but the weight is all forward and the small thin piece in the back is keeping everything in place, the bumps and tension is on the front piece mainly, not all of it, but most of it.

If possible, brother. I've been researching front air ride kits for my KW T660 FOR 4 years and have not 😢 across any that I thought were safe yet. Yours look solid, most of all safe!
