DIY: Stereo Audio Amplifier 3.5mm

Build from scratch, speakers, resistor and capacitors from old analogue TV.
Mosfet Tip31c: bit.ly/tdjgdsa

Power jack: bit.ly/3a5hGTx
-Input 6V, use heat dissipator.
-1k resistor ,16V 100uf capacitor.
-Schematic at 2:15
-Sound is clear in highs and mediums, the bass is not very strong.
-Using step down converter to supply 3 Volts to the blue led.
-Simple to build, easy design, i´m happy with the final result.
-12 volts is the max power supply, 6V to 8V is recommended.
-Heat dissipator from PC motherboard.
-Tested also with 0514 transistor.

Végfoknak nyugodtan használhattál volna 2xLM386, TDA2822, vagy TDA2616-os végfok IC-t is. A LED-nél pedig több LED-et sorbakötve és az ellenállás praktikusabb és olcsóbb megoldás lenne. De amúgy a hangszórók elrendezése nagyon jó lett.

ну во первых объем маловат, а еще нет дэмпфирующего наполнителя, из за этого гундосит, а объем низов бы добавил, я тож делал колонку на советских овалах телевизионниках, уже не помню особо каких, у меня объем получился раза в 4 больше, эта колонка по низам 75 герц более менее тянет, неплохо для сч динамика)

Hello, i used 6 volts power supply, the little module is a "buck converter", its used to drop the voltage, in this case from 6 volts to 3 volts to be able to use the blue led, all the links and more infos in the description, tank you ;)

Because this is a stereo amp i guess you could put it in the 3.5mm negative output, between the transistor and the 3.5 mm jack

Hello sir. I. Love this video. And i have tried to build up 1. But my speaker only 1 side got sound. Another 1 side no sound. Both speaker (8ohm 8 watt) was OK. I found the speaker no sound 1 side when i connect the DC step down voltage for LED. I use 6V and 9V input also same. 😅 Please advice sir.

@@DTeK hi. I have checked. I am sorry. It was my mini jack termination problem. 😅 By the wat, the speaker is OK if using laptop or handphone. But if i connect to my digital TV decoder, the sound very slow even the volume at decoder is maximum. Do you have any idea to make the sound louder? Esse tipo de amp tem muita qualidade de áudio mas pouca eficiência, a bateria não duraria nada, pois, de toda energia que ele suga, só metade se transforma em som, a outra metade vira calor... Por isso as caixas Bluetooth não tem som tão definido no volume máximo, elas usam amplificador digital...

No había entendido: "¿Para que era el 2do. circuito?" que colocaste ...... y resulta que es un mini regulador de voltaje. Amigo................ Para muchos de aquí, le resulta genial tu diseño (y no opino que sea malo) pero, en mi opinión ¡Esto le falto! Pudiste haberle puesto un Socket Auxiliar Jack 3.5mm Hembra y no el cable mismo. Hacer la entrada para el conector macho en ambas direcciones es fácil de hacer. Esperaba algun tipo de potenciometro (y no el sencillo) pero, me con formo con la luz led de carga.

Everything is cool, except for the amplifier... why did u use such a bad amp, there is some dc current running through speakers and the audio quality must be bad. I know that it's the simplest amp to build, but if u have put an effort into doing such a nice case for this why didn't you bother building a better amp?
