The ongoing saga of updating the Stoeger M3000 Defense model to how I want it.

Try the Esstac shogun saddle setup. I have it on my M4 and Stoeger M300. They are great and totally customizable. I have the seven round models which I keep one on my shotgun and three spare stuck to my combat vest...

I was initially looking at those. However, I'm a cheap bastard and went with a lower cost solution instead. I still may go back to the Esstac but there are other projects/videos to do. I fund everything out of pocket so I have to find the balance between what I want and what I can afford.

So just a question, unless you wanted to make it like a quick detach side saddle, why didn't you use double sided tape to attach it?

Many places that conduct training (and some states like my home state) require no ammunition be on the gun (or in the gun) when you leave the range and transport the shotgun. Hence, just ripping the shell carrier off the receiver id quicker than taking the time to push out each shell.

Update: the Mesa Tactical shell holder for benelli m2 tactical bolts right onto the m3000, it utilizes the same hole pattern on top of the receiver

Meh.... at some point. My primary defense long gun is an AR so i concentrate more on that setup.
