Yes child!!!, everything you need including a carrying case/tote and even a UV/LED light and gel polish.!! Yes my lovelies, 40 bucks will get you started with everything you need! If you’re a beginner, you love to DIY, you’re trying to start a press on nail business or you’re a beginning nail tech... this is a video and product for you. As you can see in the video there are two cons that I had with this product, which was a broken handle to the inner organization tray and a little spill of the topcoat.
