Place saran wrap over the tissue/napkin and you can rub all you want, as hard as you want and it will not tear the tissue.

Thank you so much dear .. it's normal white glue .. water and glue ratio is 1 : 1 .. One spoon glue and one spoon water .. mostly it's based on the consistency of the glue. . if the glue watery you can follow 1:1 ratio .. if it is thick add little amount of water extra. .

Fevicol ... 2 coats of Mod podge will helps in water resistant .. you can use clear varnish too..

Thanks for the video! Can you paint straight onto the metal tin and will acrylic work as I've pulled the labels off already. Also is it better to use mod podge or is pva and water fine? If so what ratio? Also I want to turn the tins into candles so it should be ok for that shouldn't it? Sorry, complete novice here! Many thanks! 😁

Yes we can use acrylic paint straight on the tin .. mod podge is best option ... glue + water ratio is 1 spoon water + 1 spoon glue (1:1 ).. if your glue is too thick add little more water or you can use clear varnish ... it's fine to use a candle ..

You can use normal acrylic paint or gesso ..if you use gesso it won't peel .. and you can use pure primer from paint shop (used for household items) Or try this one 👇 Add 1 spoon of white cement + water mix with paint ( add water and paint based on consistency u need)
