Mr. Roberto (Robbert), you are right now my guru; I Live in Puerto Rico, down in the Caribbean, not trying to sound like a complainer, but the mindset down here is, if you want to build a shed, workshop or even a small home you must think cement blocks and cement; I have been literally torturing myself for the past few years because I REFUSE TO ACCEPT THAT I MUST BUILD AS EVERYONE ELSE DOES AND CANNOT OR SHOULD NOT THINK "OUT OF THE BOX". For a few years now I have been thinking of building with STEEL frames, my way of thinking is "It's a no brainer, you don't have to be an engineer, a contractor or a follower, you only need to have a clear mind; most recently I found a steel distributor (probably the only one on the whole island). I like what I see (and it's only the wall frames), but it is exactly what I need to see and how it's done by a (DIY); your project is really great, including the family input, just really nice touch; I also picked up info from the "Tiny House on Wheels in Ireland", "0.5 gauge and 0.8 gauge for studs; thank you for your excellent video and your thought's on how your going about the build; the use of a computer layout planner is simply fantastic and very helpful, could you provide the name of the program, if it's available to buy, whatever info you can provide will be greatly appreciated, again Gracias, to you and your family. Michael C.

Thank you very much my friend for your comment, I Wish You Good Luck with the future & your house. I used solid works but it's very difficult and expensive. I used it for my studies. You can use Google sketch up, a great choice. ✌🏽 Good luck!

Respetuosamente pienso que una Tinyhouse con esta estructura es una trampa mortal, frente a una tormenta eléctrica y más aún combinada con madera inflamable, pero me gustan los diseños del leyout.. Gracias. 🇨🇴. 😁 😁 😁 😁 😁

Thank you so much for your prompt reply; right after I sent you the message I accessed "Solidworks" and YES it is expensive and more directed at the Engineering and Architecture professions; although i would enjoy the challenge, the expense doesn't warrant (justify) the expenditure, I will save your name, thank you Michael C.

Would love to know more about your build site. Is it a parking structure, self storage facility? How much do you pay in rent, and how do you secure your materials at the end of the work day? Thanks.

Hey, It's a friends parking garage spot. I can stay here for free luckily. I put all my tools in a steel box, and lock it.
