that CNC design/operation was pretty amazing. As a DIY guy...got to admit those CNC machines take projects to a whole different level. I haven't really looked into the cost of them, but i such a idiot with computers (yes, I'm a bit older) I have doubts I could ever get the graphics/design part of it down well enough to actually make something cool with it. Awesome boards though !

Pretty sweet cornhole boards. Love the storage compartment and the led/music upgrade. The design wether you're a UGA fan or not should be appreciated. That style could be made with any team.

It fast at all. At first it doesn’t slide one bit but after you play and it gets powder from the bags it works great

From an online tailgating website that I had to record the sound too. But I wouldn’t use it again big it didn’t work well and took a while to get the sounds to work for the video

I looked on Home Depot’s website they have the 1/2” maple and red oak with the holes already cut but u have to special order... well Atleast in Virginia... bunt with this depth of cut I’d rather have 3/4”

very nice looking set of boards. im wondering how you dealt with all the rough edges after the cnc machine finished? i do alot of routing and always struggle with that. thanks

The v bit cleaned everything up pretty good. But for the couple little spot I hit them with 220 just to knock off the bur. where the arches were a little more rough due to the bit not being the sharpest i used a razor to clean it up. Hope this help but when router a good quality bit goes a long way. thanks for the comment and for watching

These are absolutely great cornhole boards. However, I was wondering why you might not have used red epoxy to fill in the design and then just sand/plane/chisel all of the excess off of the black?

That is an idea but I just want the wood to show didn’t want to fill that up with red. That would have been a lot of red. The gs yes could be red but I didn’t want the stadium dawg or arch to be red. If you make one and do that I would look to see it tho.

i did a super nice top board with tape and stain, then somehow screwed up on the poly part, i dont know what i did wrong. has swirl marks from sanding it between coats. and legs jacked up, trying to fix that as well

Great looking top but you skimmped on the underneath side. Finish sanding all of it and treat the underneath side with paint or a single coat of poly, just to protect the wood. With the CNC machine you can definitely take cornhole tops to the next level. Beautiful....finish it out tho.

What's something like that run cost wise? I'm sure how detailed of the top is and how much the CNC has to be ran affects the price allot. Again, not busting your chops, its just such a beautiful top that if finished completely, would be the Rolls Royce of cornhole sets. Great job !!! I love to play, just dont get to as much as I'd like to with all the medical issues I got going on right now. Any who, again, beautiful set.
