Incredible workmanship! I just made two boards with UGA laminates, lights for the holes and 2 Altec Lansing paired Bluetooth built in speakers. I’m throwing both boards away after seeing your two boards…

that CNC design/operation was pretty amazing. As a DIY guy...got to admit those CNC machines take projects to a whole different level. I haven't really looked into the cost of them, but i such a idiot with computers (yes, I'm a bit older) I have doubts I could ever get the graphics/design part of it down well enough to actually make something cool with it. Awesome boards though !

very nice looking set of boards. im wondering how you dealt with all the rough edges after the cnc machine finished? i do alot of routing and always struggle with that. thanks
@oxintheshop
@oxintheshop 7 жыл бұрын
The v bit cleaned everything up pretty good. But for the couple little spot I hit them with 220 just to knock off the bur. where the arches were a little more rough due to the bit not being the sharpest i used a razor to clean it up. Hope this help but when router a good quality bit goes a long way. thanks for the comment and for watching

Great looking top but you skimmped on the underneath side. Finish sanding all of it and treat the underneath side with paint or a single coat of poly, just to protect the wood. With the CNC machine you can definitely take cornhole tops to the next level. Beautiful....finish it out tho.

@@oxintheshop lol......I understand that. It's a beautiful set tho, you did a great job with it. I'd love one but being on disability, there's no way I could afford something so customized as that. What's something like that run cost wise? I'm sure how detailed of the top is and how much the CNC has to be ran affects the price allot. Again, not busting your chops, its just such a beautiful top that if finished completely, would be the Rolls Royce of cornhole sets. Great job !!! I love to play, just dont get to as much as I'd like to with all the medical issues I got going on right now. Any who, again, beautiful set.
