Great video! What thickness foam did you go with? And how much did you need? I’m about to do the same for my van

Thanks! I used two sizes one for between the 'ridges' and the other to go over top of everything. The sizing below was enough to cover a Promaster 159 plus some extra. I ordered from Foam N` More because they were the best deal at the time. SKU: Minicell Foam-Charcoal-60" X 72"-1/4" Color: Charcoal Sheet size: 60" X 72" Thickness : 1/4" SKU: Minicell Foam-Charcoal-60" X 72"-3/8" Color: Charcoal Sheet size: 60" X 72" Thickness :3/8"

@@TravelnGeek thank you very much! I’m considering making a wood frame underneath. Can I ask you how you secured the top sheet? I prefer not to drill into the van if possible

@@marcomilano6486 I actually did not screw the plywood down to the metal floor it is only sitting on the foam. I did use pocket holes to connect the plywood sheets to each other. I felt once I build the cabinets and other structures on top of the plywood it can't go anywhere. I am attempting to keep the minimum numbers of cuts or holes to the vehicle as possible. I was looking at wood frame under the floor but decided to go with the maximum floor to ceiling height and skip the frame.
